Study of Carbon Information Disclosure Issues in X Company

China’s carbon trading pilot work is advancing, and the power industry, as one of largest carbon-emitting industries, has become a key subject in market. Therefore, low-carbon development industry an important impact on peak target. This paper takes X Company, leading enterprise example to study its position, method, content, disclosure quality information disclosure. The problems with Company’s are summarized, targeted optimization recommendations proposed.
